Do we need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser, on a computer or a phone. Teachers sign in from their phone, with no app to install.

How quickly can we start?

You upload two files, students and classes. You see a preview, fix anything missing, and then invite teachers and parents.

How do parents pay?

Parents pay the school directly, as they do today, in whatever way the school accepts: cash, card or bank transfer. The school records the payment and the receipt is issued straight away. No payment goes through the app.

What about children’s data?

It is hosted in the EU. Each role sees only its own, and parents see only their own children.

Can parents see their fees?

If you turn it on. Then they see what they owe and when each instalment is due.

What if we go over the student limit?

The student is enrolled as normal, because there is a small margin, and we let you know. You change plan by paying the difference for the months left.

Does it send SMS?

The teacher sends it from their own phone, by SMS, WhatsApp or Viber. The message is ready and you can change the wording. We charge nothing for it.

I have two branches. Do I need two subscriptions?

No. It is one school with one subscription. You see each branch on its own, or all of them together.

Can parents book an appointment?

Yes. You share one link and the parent picks a person and a time, with no account. It comes with every plan.
