For language schools
From A1 to C2, in one app.
Classes, attendance, tuition and parents, as in any school. And what a language school needs: levels and certificates, graded tests, homework, private lessons, materials and books for each class.
Everything that lives in spreadsheets, notebooks and photocopies today.
Seven things every language school does. They are ready from day one; we switch off any you do not need.
Levels and certificates
Cambridge, LanguageCert or your own system: what level the student is at, which exam they are sitting, what they got. The parent sees it too.
Tests and grades
Tests per class, a grade per student, and published to parents when you decide. An absent student does not get a zero.
Homework
The teacher sets it in the lesson and checks it next time. Student and parent see it in their accounts.
Private lessons
A student preparing alone for Proficiency gets a form of their own: a fixed time or by arrangement. Charged monthly or per lesson.
Participation and rewards
Stars and a comment per area in every lesson: participation, behaviour, diligence, cooperation. No public rankings.
Lesson materials
Links, videos and files per subject: listening, exercises, past papers. The student finds them in their account.
Books per subject
Which book, workbook or dictionary each subject needs, in one list. You know what to order, and the teacher sees it in the class.
And everything every school has.
A language school does not get a smaller version. It gets the same app, with its own sections switched on.
- A Dashboard for the owner and the office: today’s lessons, and everything that needs attention, from overdue instalments to missing registers.
- A record for every student with their guardians, and an account for parent and student by invitation from the school.
- Teachers and office staff with their own accounts, each seeing what is theirs. If you have a business partner, they can join as an owner too, and an owner can teach classes as well.
- Subjects, classes, rooms and branches, with student enrolments per school year.
- Timetable, extra lessons, holidays and a calendar by agenda, week and month.
- Appointments with one link: the parent picks a person and a time, with no account, and the meeting lands in the calendar.
- Attendance from a phone, and the parent learns about an absence the same hour.
- Progress notes for every student, and the parent sees the ones you share.
- Announcements to everyone, to one class or to one role, emailed in each person's language.
- Tuition, instalments and reminders of what is owed. The app records; it does not collect.
- Numbered payment receipts in A5 or A4, also emailed to the parent. A ledger and a year-end close for the accountant.
- Greek, English and Russian, for each user separately.
Try it for 30 days, with your own classes.
Every feature from day one. You set up the school from your own file.
