Trial lessons and a waiting list
Class full? The next child goes on the waiting list, in order. A trial lesson shows up on that lesson's attendance sheet.
Make-up lessons
An absence gives one make-up lesson in another class of the same subject, while there is room. The instructor knows who is coming.
Lesson packs and a price ladder
A ten-lesson pack whose balance comes from the attendance sheet by itself. And a price that depends on how many classes the student takes.
Shows and recitals
Who is taking part, what costume size each child wears, and the participation fee as a charge in tuition. The parent answers from their own account.
Health record
Allergies, a medical certificate with an expiry date, who collects the child and consent for photos. Only the people who need it can see it.
Levels and exams
RAD, ISTD or your own system: what the student has passed, what they are sitting, what they got. The parent sees it too.
Instructor hours
At the end of the month, each instructor's hours from the lessons that took place, per class. No counting on the calendar.
And everything every school has.
