One payment, twelve months from the day you start. Not tied to the school year.
How you pay
By bank transfer, outside the app. We do not take cards inside the platform — just as we never collect your tuition fees either. We send an invoice and you settle it like any other.
Common questions
What happens if I go over the student limit?
The student is enrolled as normal. You have a small allowance above your plan, so you are never left facing a parent with a screen that says no. We see it and call you to sort it out.
Can I change plan mid-year?
Yes. You pay the difference only for the months remaining. Your renewal date does not move — you do not lose months you have already paid for.
What happens to my data if I stop?
It is yours. And if an invoice goes unpaid, you keep seeing your history — you just cannot add new records. A student's academic history should not disappear because a payment was late.
Who can see student data?
You, and whoever you let in. Every account sees only what belongs to it: an instructor their own classes, a guardian only their own children. Your school’s data stays its own and is never mixed with another’s.
