How you get started.

Six steps. We are with you for the first ones.

    You request access

    You fill in a short form with your school and a phone number. No account is created yet.

  2. 2

    We call you

    Within the day, to look together at what your school needs.

  3. 3

    We open your school

    We create your school’s space and the owner’s account.

    You upload your files

    Two CSV files, one for students and guardians and one for classes. You see every row before it goes in, and nothing is saved while an error remains.

    You invite teachers and parents

    Each of them gets an email and sets their own password. Nobody creates an account on their own.

    The first register

    The teacher opens the lesson on their phone and taps whoever is missing. The parent is told by email, and by a message from the teacher’s phone if you want.

The school

  • The timetable is written once and produces the whole year’s lessons, with the holidays already in.
  • Students, guardians and classes, with a record for each.
  • Fees, payments and receipts, with a book for your accountant.
  • Announcements to one class, one role or the whole school.
  • The Dashboard shows today’s lessons and what needs attention, and one tap opens the list.

The teacher

  • Sees their day: the lessons, with time and room.
  • Takes the register on their phone, with no app to install.
  • Records grades, homework, stars and progress comments.
  • Sees only their own classes.
  • Uploads handouts and graded papers, with no Drive needed.

The parent

  • Signs in with their own account, invited by the school.
  • Sees absences, published grades, homework and the timetable, only for their own children.
  • Gets emails in their own language, and chooses which ones.
  • Students have their own account, with their own things.
