For music schools
From the first private lesson to the Christmas recital.
Classes, attendance, tuition and parents, as in any school. And what a music school has: private lessons, ABRSM and Trinity exams, recitals, make-up lessons and lesson packs.
Everything that lives in diaries and messages today.
Seven things every music school does by hand. They are ready from day one; we switch off any you do not need.
Private lessons
One student, one form: a fixed time or by arrangement. Charged monthly, per lesson or with a pack.
ABRSM and Trinity exams
Which grade the student has passed, what they are sitting, with what result. The parent sees it on their child's card.
Recitals and concerts
Who takes part and who has replied, and the participation fee as a charge in tuition. The parent replies from their account.
Make-up lessons
An absence earns one make-up in another class of the same subject, while there is a place. The teacher knows who is coming.
Lesson packs
A pack with as many lessons as you like, and a balance that comes straight from attendance. Nobody counts by hand.
Practice at home
What the student practises until the next lesson, written by the teacher. Student and parent both see it.
Teacher hours
At the end of the month, each teacher's hours from the lessons that took place, private and group. No counting on the calendar.
And everything every school has.
A music school does not get a smaller version. It gets the same app, with its own sections switched on.
- A Dashboard for the owner and the office: today’s lessons, and everything that needs attention, from overdue instalments to missing registers.
- A record for every student with their guardians, and an account for parent and student by invitation from the school.
- Teachers and office staff with their own accounts, each seeing what is theirs. If you have a business partner, they can join as an owner too, and an owner can teach classes as well.
- Subjects, classes, rooms and branches, with student enrolments per school year.
- Timetable, extra lessons, holidays and a calendar by agenda, week and month.
- Appointments with one link: the parent picks a person and a time, with no account, and the meeting lands in the calendar.
- Attendance from a phone, and the parent learns about an absence the same hour.
- Progress notes for every student, and the parent sees the ones you share.
- Announcements to everyone, to one class or to one role, emailed in each person's language.
- Tuition, instalments and reminders of what is owed. The app records; it does not collect.
- Numbered payment receipts in A5 or A4, also emailed to the parent. A ledger and a year-end close for the accountant.
- Greek, English and Russian, for each user separately.
Try it for 30 days, with your own classes.
Every feature from day one. You set up the school from your own file.
