Medical certificate and health record
A certificate with an expiry date, allergies, who collects the child, and photo consent. The instructor sees the allergy flag on the attendance sheet.
Competitions and tournaments
Who is taking part, what kit size each one wears, and the entry fee as a charge in tuition. The parent replies from their account.
Belts and levels
Belts, swimming levels or your own system: where the student is and which grading is next. The parent sees it too.
Trial lesson and waiting list
Class full? The next child joins the waiting list in order, and the trial shows on the lesson's attendance sheet.
Make-up lessons
An absence earns one make-up in another class of the same subject, while there is a place. The instructor knows who is coming.
Lesson packs and price ladder
A ten-lesson pack with a balance from attendance, and a price that depends on how many classes the child takes.
Instructor hours
At the end of the month, each instructor's hours from the lessons that took place, per class. No counting on the calendar.
